Halle Berry should pay $20,000 a month to her ex for child supporting.
Gabriel Aubry is asking the judge in his custody war with Halle Berry for a half a million bucks in attorney’s fees, and $20,000 a month in child support, TMZ has learned.
TMZ reports that a family law judge ordered Berry to pay Aubry $20,000 a month in child support.
Sources tell TMZ … Gabriel believes he’s entitled to the money because he needs a proper environment to care for 4-year-old Nahla.
The issue has last more than a month. Still, the legal battle between these former lovers is far from over. Berry would like to move with the toddler to France, in order to live with fiance Olivier Martinez, while Aubry is challenging that request through his attorney.
Aubry filed legal documents asking a judge to force Berry to give him $15,000 to $20,000 a month in April. So that their 4-year-old daughter, Nahla, would keep living in the surroundings to which she has become accustomed. Aubry also asked other things from Berry, including money for Nahla’s clothing, and funds so that he can take her home to Canada to visit his family.
Gabriel Aubry and Halle Berry, having battled over a month for custodying of Nahla, and they are due back in court again for a judge to decide whether Halle can take Nahla and move to Paris.
Berry is engaged to French actor Oliver Martinez, and she filed a request in family court for permission to move to France with Nahla, because she fears for her life.
