Kristen Stewart was reported wearing jeans at her friend Kevin Turen and Evelina Oboza’s wedding. A photo just told us this thing.
The 22-year-old actress, who recently usurped Angelina Jolie to become the world’s highest paid actress after earning an estimated $34.5 million from May 2011 to May 2012, arrtacts more and more attention these days.
Kristen was Rob’s date to the wedding on Saturday. The Twilight stars partied with friends and guests like Zac Efron and Andrew Garfield, but the had couple only had eyes for each other. “Rob and Kristen rarely left each other’s sides all night,” a wedding guest tells Celebuzz. “They arrived together, and were holding hands while talking with some of [the groom's] family.” I like the couple from the beginning.
According to People magazine, she first borrowed a Zac Posen dress from the groom’s sister, but changed back into her own clothes — a black tank top, blazer and jeans — by the end of the cocktail hour.
To be fair to Kristen, she had just arrived back from her SWATH promotional tour in Australia a day or so before she left to attend this wedding and from there continued on to Paris for more work this week. She’s a hardworking young woman who has been non-stop busy for the past two months jetting around the world promoting two movies. Cut her a break. She borrowed a dress to wear to the ceremony and changed once the formalities of the wedding were done with and they got down to the partying. There is nothing wrong that and I’m sure everyone there found it amusing.
Kristen doesn’t mean to wear jeans but have no other ways. To us, it’s important to wear a formal wedding reception dress for a wedding.
